i adore the buildings coming out of the clouds! I soooo wish I could have gone! It looks like it was such a spectacular photography op! And the umbrella is a wonderful pop of color! (looks like you're using color more and more! wooohoooo) and ditto to Marilyn's comments about doomsday. the fact they are in black and white and dark and dreary gives a gloomy/depressed mood that is somewhat striking! I wonder if in color it would look more like a whimsy dream-like instance?

Your 2 dark photos, with buildings rising out of the clouds, look like a doomsday landscape, especially with people marching into the fog.
...except that sunny bright umbrella scene.
