That is one big, amazing piece of equipment! I like it in silhouette but also like seeing more of it's intricate details in the b&w shot.

Yes it was AMZING being out there for my first harvest weekend. I made a 100 photo book for the owner of the farm since he is such a good friend of Thomas's and he is letting me come and shoot through harvest and seeding any time i want. And he has brought me in to tour the family farm house which hasn't been lived in for about 40 years and there is still a number of great things to be photographed in it (such as these two old suitcases covered in dust in the upper corner, like someone was ready to leave and forgot they were there)
carolyn: this weekend will be ALL black and white out on the farm! i absolutely LOVE the eastern side of the state :)
Marilyn: it was hard to get close shots of the machine because it was either moving or they all were working on it or getting it ready to go. i do have a few of the guys and the combine which REALLY shows how big it is!
